Pond Security Service thoroughly believes that a well and properly trained security officer is in the best interest of our company and our customers. For this reason we have placed a high priority on our training facilities, materials, and instructors. Our Training Department continually evaluates our training programs to ensure German legal and contractual requirements are met or exceeded. Supporting our contracts we have a dynamic instructor staff (over 60 primary and assistant instructors) and well equipped training facilities spread throughout Germany.
